Function
The title block is an attributed block inserted directly into the AutoCAD drawing. Easy CAD manages it intelligently — linking it to the project workflow, so that the scale, format, drawing code and the name of the responsible person are all filled in automatically, without the designer having to re-enter anything by hand.
Printing and publishing
Easy CAD prepares a file for the Publish function in AutoCAD — with drawing names derived directly from the layout names. You can then print the entire set of project drawings to PDF in a single step, without manually configuring printers or scales.
Bulk editing
Because the title block is an attributed block, its contents can be edited externally — without having to open each drawing separately. With our tool for bulk attribute editing you can replace selected data (for example the date, documentation stage or the checker's name) across all project drawings at once.
Configurability
Every organisation has its own rules for numbering drawings, the title-block format and the way of signing. The Easy CAD title block is fully configurable — you define your own coding rules, your own title-block block and the behaviour of the automatic filling.
